We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team in Loughborough.
We are open to applications from newly qualified solicitors through to experienced practitioners, so the role and level of responsibility can be tailored to the successful candidate.
The role
You will deal with a broad range of private client work, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Court of Protection work
- Advising clients on a range of private wealth and succession matters
You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and develop your own caseload, with support from an experienced team around you.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or due to qualify shortly
- Has an interest in developing their career within Private Client
- Communicates well and builds strong relationships with clients
- Is organised and able to manage their own caseload
- Takes pride in providing a high level of client service
- Is commercially aware and willing to contribute to the continued development of the department
Experience in Private Client work is essential.

What we offer
- Salary of £35,000 – £55,000, depending on experience
- 22 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Additional annual leave based on length of service, increasing by one day per year after two years’ service, up to a maximum of 25 days
