I thought selling a house was supposed to be stressful? People have always told me horror stories of solicitors being really difficult to get hold of during a sale, I can honestly say I had the opposite experience. Reanne was very attentive and proactive to getting my sale completed. She was always available on the phone or via email. She was also tenacious in dealing with unexpected issues that came along. My sale was completed in less than 2 months. BWS are worth every single penny. If you want to be chasing solicitors around and worrying all the time, go elsewhere. - I used BWS as my acting solicitors for my house sale and subsequent purchase of another house. - Erica was the acting solicitor and Reanne was the trainee solicitor handling my case. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work and effort Reanne has put into this case. It was not straightforward nor easy and yet she kept me fully apprised of the situation at all times, she was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Reanne gave me confidence and reassurance that everything that could be done was being done to deal with the external challenges posed by this sale and purchase.
