Non-Molestation Orders: These orders can prevent an abuser from using or threatening violence, harassing, or communicating with the victim. They are designed to protect the health, safety, and well-being of the victim and any children involved.

Occupation Orders: These orders regulate who can live in the family home and can exclude an abuser from the property. They can also designate areas of a jointly owned property if that is a workable solution for your case.
