
James became a Solicitor in 2000, and went on to qualify as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2003
Before joining BWS Law, James has worked across the East Midlands specialising in all aspects of Private Client Law including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, the administration of Estates, applications to the Court of Protection on behalf of people who lack mental capacity and the creation and administration of Trusts, always aiming to provide the highest level of advice and service.
James lives in Nottinghamshire with his family, and away from the office enjoys tending his garden, cooking what he grows and keeps active by running the local Parkrun and the occasional game of tennis.
