After completing a BA Hons in Philosophy at Nottingham University, Erica converted to law completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and then the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University.
Working at local firms, Erica qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and initially worked in family law. After starting a family herself, Erica moved into property law and has worked in residential conveyancing since 2015.
Erica joined BWS Law in 2018 and became a director in August 2023.
From purchases to plot sales to adverse possession claims and everything else, Erica deals with all aspect of residential conveyancing.
Outside of the office, Erica enjoys drinking iced coffee, listening to podcasts and shouting at property programmes on TV.
