Robert Flannagan is a highly experienced corporate and commercial solicitor who works with the firm on a consultancy basis. He advises businesses, entrepreneurs and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions and strategic commercial matters.
Rob brings significant expertise in complex corporate work and supports the firm and its clients primarily on a remote basis. His experience enables the firm to offer dedicated specialist advice across a broad range of corporate matters, including business sales and disposals, business purchases and acquisitions, and management buy-outs (MBOs). He also advises on Employee Ownership Trusts, solvent restructures and multi-step reorganisations, and intra-group share transactions, including those involving companies with foreign subsidiaries.
In addition, Rob regularly advises on shareholders’, partnership and investment agreements, as well as employee share schemes. His appointment further strengthens the firm’s corporate offering and ensures clients have access to specialist legal support for complex transactions and corporate structuring.
