Following a 27 year history as a Solicitor in Legal Practice, and founding Tree House Cakes where quality and attention to detail were paramount, to spearheading compliance at BWS Law, Adrian’s journey reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence. At BWS Law, the focus is on upholding legal standards and fostering a culture that prioritises integrity, which is a seamless shift from Adrian’s previous endeavour of delighting clients.
With professional skills further honed in the hospitality industry, Adrian now applies his legal acumen and experience to support BWS Law in its compliance functions and HR support. Adrian has a proactive approach to problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset with the aim of navigating the complexities of compliance and, with the firm’s mission, collectively strives for success and ethical practice.
Out of work Adrian enjoys cooking, particularly baking, and drinking good wine, but most importantly loves spending time with his family, children and grandchildren. Adrian enjoys holidaying in his touring caravan. He also supports Leicester Tigers and England Rugby.
